Element with changes
Element welcome Jake “Jakey” Crozier back into the teams line up after a not so subtle departure after i38. However, Jake “Jakey” Crozie has replaced Ryan “erasus” Williams due to internal conflicts within the team.
Jake is not the only update Element have given us as the Norwegian player Alex “alex” Rude-Evensen, a former Olso Lions player has also joined Element.
The new Element line up is therefore as follows:
Statement from Louis "evz" Evans: "Making this move was a hard move to make, Leaving ryan behind was the hardest and took a lot of consideration to do so. Eventually deciding on what we should do, we replaced Ryan with Jake as all-in-all, the reason Jake left was due to Ryan, so we couldnt just let Jake back into the team as it would have caused more problems. But away with the bad news and in with the good. We were looking for a new player after lan and had come across a lot of very talented players, but to say the least Alex is a great pick up for us and we are looking forward to having a very prosperous future with the new addition."

oXmoze Welcome Back a CoD4 Team
oXmoze, the French organisation are welcomed back to the Call of Duty 4 scene with a new line up with two existing oXmoze players who embrace the presence of three notorious French players.
Antoine "JooKzZi" Dumontet and Kevin "FRENCHY" Heraudet have decided to take on the tremendous task of rebuilding the team. Saying this, the three new players are extremely precious to the future of the team’ success as former TEK9 captain Antonin "OZWALD" Grenier, ex-H2K and Giants star Léonard "Rukkae" Alzeto with another former oXmoze player: Yann "glory" Coumes are brought together to fight another day!
The current oXmoze Call of Duty 4 Line up:
Statement from Kevin "FRENCHY" Heraudet to Dignitas: "After dudek stopped gaming I took over his role as Team Captain. My first decision was to remove risky in order to make room for ozwald. After we attended i38 rukkae decided to join oXz and it was a very easy choice since we love playing together. We are now almost back to our old Giants lineup which was me ozwald and rukkae."

Violent scene in MW2.
When a very violent scene taken from the Modern Warfare 2 singleplayer campaign was leaked on the Internet it shocked quite a few people. Of course we will not tell you what makes this scene so shocking, but this is the statement by Activision after being questioned about the supposed very violent scene:
“Players have the option of skipping over the scene. At the beginning of the game, there are two ‘checkpoints’ where the player is advised that some people may find an upcoming segment disturbing. These checkpoints can’t be disabled.” - Says the Activision spokesman. “Modern Warfare 2 is a fantasy action game designed for intense, realistic game play that mirrors real life conflicts, much like epic, action movies. It is appropriately rated 18 for violent scenes, which means it is intended for those who are 18 and older.”

Reason Gaming pick up SoCLoN and dUffER
Yesterday the renowned British eSports organisation, Reason Gaming, have announced their new line up which will battle it out in Modern Warfare 2. Daniel "SoCLoN" Perez O'Connor and Ryan "dUffER" Duffy who will be replacing the former Finnish players, Samuli "sLWx" Kettunen who has decided to stick with his Finnish inheritance and Jyri "kAMMYz" Hogman who decided to play for Reason’s Quake live division.
This is the first time we have seen SoCLoN in a team in a matter of years without his brother, Jason “lookzor” Perez O'Connor, who has other life commitments.
Reason Gaming’s current line-up:
Statement from Tim "revoltz" Denton to Reason-Gaming.net: "Things didn't really go as well as expected at the end of last season, with a bit of luck on our side and/or better preparation things could've gone way differently but it wasn't to be. Changes had to be made, and with Jyri deciding to step down then the logical choice for the team was a UK based line-up over another EU one.
Both Danny and Duffer were straight forward choices to fill the final two positions after the chaotic spin that happened in dignitas last month. They are experienced players who've been to numerous European events and really need no introduction. Best of all we get on great with each other outside of the game unlike some other teams - which people forget is the most important thing ;)
I'd like to thank Reason, and especially Sapphire and Razer for their continued support. Bring on Newbury."

Modern Warfare 2 to be delayed?
Disappointing news articles hit the web as Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare release date is rumoured to be moved behind schedule, although this was planned to be released simultaneously across all platforms, reports suggest the PC version may not hit the shelves on the 10th November.
Although Activision has not made any comment confirming or denying this, it is suggested that the next instalment of CoD4 will be delayed by a fortnight.

Crack Clan in troubles?
Crack Clan has announced that they have ended the contracts of two of their managers. The managers in issue are ![]()
Ben Woodward, who helped getting some of the good players and teams into the organization.
There is not a clear reason given why the two are released, but it could have to deal with their new project called Power Gaming (A project similar to Crack Clan).
If Crack Clan is going to survive this lose is uncertain, because of the rumors that the St. George Group (the financial supporters of CC) are leaving with the organization to follow
Luke Cotton and
Ben Woodward to Power Gaming. In addition, the teams are given the choice to stay or end there contract and leave CC (and maybe join up with the new Power Gaming).
We have terminated the contracts of Ben Woodward and Luke Cotton and wish them luck with their new adventures at PowerGaming, an organization without which the last year was not possible. Our Counter-Strike 1.6, Halo 3, and Team Fortress 2 professional LAN campaigns are effectively put on hold and players given the option of contractual release, continuance or a position with the newly launched PowerGaming initiative. We look forward to maintaining our continued presence across all levels in the world of e-sports and will be updating you soon as to the next phase of changes we will be implementing!
